Construction Managemnet with a Guaranteed      Maximum Price(GMP)

With this contract method, BIg Beam performs a variety of services during the preconstruction phases when we join owner's team to provide budgeting , sheduling and value engineering services covering various stages of design. At a mutually aggreable time ( usually when the construction documents are 70-75% complete) . Big Beam provides the owner with a Guaranteed Maximum Price( GMP) for the project.

Contract on Turn- Key Basis

There are times where it can be appropriate and cost effective for an owner to select a firm with the ability to perform complete Turn- Key Construction Services.Typically in situations where schedule is critical to the owner, this type of arrangement is most effective and benificial. By allowing the construction phase of a project to begin while portions of design work are still in progress, the over all complition date is greatly improved. Having a single source of resposibility ( and accountability) for the projects is another advantage to the owner. Because of our in-house experiencein managing the design elements of a project, coupled with our field expertise, Big Beam Construction is well prepared to meet your needs when an accelerated projects schedule is a criterion.

Design & Build

When requested by the owner, Big Beam can provide the convenience and single point accountabilty of design and build construction with our in-house design team. Alternatively, as we are working with leading A/E firms we are able to select design team precisely right for every projects. We can knowledgeably contract with exactly the right architects and engineers to meet the unique
requirements of each our clients
